In what ways are we sometimes like the Pharisees?
In what ways have you allowed man-made rules to obscure the spirit of the law (and the work of the Holy Spirit in your life)?
Jesus teaches at the synagogue in Capernaum (John 6)

When and why did you come to Jesus?
In what way has Jesus satisfied your hunger and thirst for acceptance and meaning in life?
What teachings of Jesus have you found difficult to understand or accept?
When have you ever felt like turning away from Christ?
What makes you believe that Jesus is the Son of God?
